Intake call — 60 minutes
We send six questions ahead of time. On the call you tell us your PMS, team size and the three time-sinks you already suspect. We agree dates for the observation days.
We observe a working day
Reception in the morning, an exam-room session, end-of-day documentation. Screen-share where it fits, short team recordings where it doesn't. We're not asking questions; we're watching where the day falls apart. You finish the day with a one-page map of where the hours actually go.
Demo, workshop, ranked backlog
Between Day 1 and here, we've built a working demo of the single highest-leverage automation on your real (anonymised) data — actual code, not slides. End of Week 1 we get on a video call with you and the team: we walk through the demo, run a 2-hour AI workshop for vets, technicians and reception, and hand over a ranked list of every other automation candidate we saw, with rough effort and rough impact next to each.

The automation goes live inside Klinika XP, Weter, Vetina or Vetaio — whichever you use. The team runs it for a week with us on call. You own the code from day one. We leave you a written runbook and our number for if something breaks.
